The birds enjoy natural outdoor access and are raised without added hormones or preventative antibiotics. Cut even so they cook quickly and uniformly.

Cooking Guide

Cook over medium heat on the grill, pan or oven until the internal temperature reaches 75 °C. Avoid overcooking to retain moisture.

Keep refrigerated below 4 °C. Once opened, consume within 2 days or freeze on the day of delivery and follow food safety guidelines.
