If you know beef, you know the Scotch Fillet. Cut from the ribeye, it's one of the most generously marbled steaks on the animal — and that marbling is everything. It means flavour that melts through every bite, tenderness that needs no help, and a sear that turns your kitchen or grill into something close to a steakhouse.

This pack gives you two packs of two — four Scotch Fillets in total, all hand-cut from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Southern Highlands cattle. Grass feeding takes an already exceptional cut and makes it something else entirely: deeper colour, richer fat, cleaner flavour.

Cook them hot and fast with a knob of butter, or take your time over coals. Either way, these won't last long.
